£2.45m funding for Selby Renewable Energy Park

Whale body will be used for fuel

The 33ft (10m) body of a minke whale which was washed up on a beach at Cold Knap, Barry, Vale of Glamorgan is going to be converted into bone meal, which will be used to fuel local power stations.
